Chauffeur Privé Québec and its affiliated companies value their customers and respect their privacy.

This privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy") sets out what personal information we may collect from you, the purposes for which we collect it, how we use it and when we may disclose it to third parties. This Privacy Policy also describes the choices you can make about the way we collect, use and disclose your personal information. Chauffeur Privé Québec will not collect, use or disclose any of your personal information other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

By installing the CPQ mobile application, registering through our various websites or otherwise ordering and paying for Chauffeur Privé Québec services, you agree to the terms of Chauffeur Privé Québec's Privacy Policy.

TYPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

We collect personal information about you when you install the CPQ application on your mobile device, register your personal information or otherwise provide it to us, for example by creating a user account and password, logging in as a registered user, ordering our services, by providing information in your account (you may have multiple accounts if you have created them with us), by communicating with us through the CPQ application, by telephone, by e-mail or through our websites, mobile-optimized websites or otherwise, or if you complete a registration form to participate in one of our contests, promotions or surveys. In the course of these activities, you may provide us with personal information, such as your name, e-mail and mailing addresses, telephone numbers, credit card information, survey or financial information and, in some cases, your opinions (including information regarding your ratings of drivers) and preferences. We may also note your interests and collect information about you from our current and future affiliated companies or divisions (collectively, "Chauffeur Privé Québec Affiliates").

When you use the CPQ application or visit our websites, we may also automatically collect certain information and store it in log files. This data may include, but is not limited to, your place of residence, your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device's browser data, your Internet Service Provider (ISP), your operating system, your Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or other mobile device identifiers, location and date/time stamp. Chauffeur Privé Québec and our service providers will use and store this data to provide you with location-based services, search results and other personalized content. Chauffeur Privé Québec will only send notices to customers who agree to receive them. Most mobile devices allow you to manage or disable location-based services in the Settings menu of the mobile device. If you have any questions about how to disable location-based services on your device, please contact your mobile service provider or device manufacturer. However, if you disable the location service in your mobile device, the CPQ application will cease to function properly, as the location service is essential to its use. We use Google and Facebook's remarketing services, which enable these providers to serve our ads on websites you may visit. Users may refuse Google's use of cookies by visiting Google's advertising cookie opt-out page.

The CPQ application and Chauffeur Privé Québec websites are intended for individuals 13 years of age and older. Chauffeur Privé Québec does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 should not use the Chauffeur Privé Québec application, the various CPQ websites or mobile applications, or provide Chauffeur Privé Québec with any personal information. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will ensure that such information is deleted from our records as soon as possible.

PURPOSES FOR WHICH YOUR INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

Chauffeur Privé Québec may use your personal information to (i) provide you with our services, including processing your payment; (ii) collect accurate location data about you and your assigned driver and vehicle; (iii) provide you with information or answer your questions about the status of your order for our services; (iv) manage your account and communicate with you; (v) facilitate communications, including collecting information about your device data, phone number and the content of your text messages; vi) to communicate with you (via our mobile applications, telephone, alerts, e-mail, mail or otherwise) and present you with advertising materials and additional information about our services, products, surveys, contests, promotions and special offers; vii) to help us learn more about your preferences and interactions with our services; and viii) to conduct market and performance research to help us evaluate our service, measure our performance and improve the experiences, services and products we offer. As mentioned below, you can always choose not to receive promotional materials or advertising.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND THIRD PARTIES

If you use the CPQ application, order our services, visit any of our websites, participate in a contest, survey, promotion or special offer, we may share your personal information with Chauffeur Privé Québec affiliates so that they may communicate with you (whether by alert, telephone, e-mail, mail or otherwise) and provide you with promotional materials and additional information about their services, products, contests, promotions and special offers that may be of interest to you, or collect and use such information subject to this Privacy Policy and for the other purposes contemplated herein.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of such third parties, and Chauffeur Privé Québec assumes no responsibility or liability arising from your use of such websites or your access to any third party website through the CPQ or any Chauffeur Privé Québec website. By using the CPQ Application or any of our websites, or by accessing a third-party website from any of Chauffeur Privé Québec's websites, you release Chauffeur Privé Québec from any and all liability for the actions, practices and omissions of third parties. INFORMATION ON AUTHORIZATIONS REQUIRED BY PLATFORMS

Mobile platforms (such as iOS, Android, etc.) have designated certain types of device-related data that mobile applications cannot access without your consent. The way you give your consent differs from one mobile platform to another. For example, (i) the iOS platform notifies you the first time a mobile application requests your authorization to access certain types of data and allows you to consent (or not) to this request; (ii) Android-powered devices inform you of the authorizations required by the mobile application prior to your first use of the application, and your use of the application constitutes your consent. We only want to hear from you if you want to hear from us.
